ClassGraphic The SHRM Certification Success Academy is designed to complement the SHRM Learning System by transforming knowledge into strategic decision-making skills. Participants will use the SHRM Learning System to build foundational knowledge before class. Classroom sessions will focus on applying that knowledge through discussion, case studies, strategic thinking exercises, and SHRM-style situational judgment practice. The course is built around three instructional pillars:

Pillar 1 – Know It Develop foundational knowledge using the SHRM Learning System, readings, eLearning modules, quizzes, and flashcards.

Pillar 2 – Think It Develop strategic HR thinking by learning how to interpret ambiguity, identify key clues within exam questions, and think like an HR executive.

Pillar 3 – Pass It Apply knowledge through practice questions, mock exams, executive case studies, coaching, and exam-taking strategies.

Successful completion of this course does not guarantee passing the exam.
