This course is eligible for scholarship funding!

Emergency medical technicians, also known as first responders, are in great demand.  You can start a rewarding career as an EMT with just three to six months of training.  EMTs work in a variety of settings, including county emergency services departments, private ambulance and transport companies and hospitals.  This course prepares you to take the National Registry exam.

(If you have a GPA lower than 2.8) Completion of college-level Math and Reading OR Accuplacer test documenting placement score into college-level courses.

If you need to take a reading and math placement test, please contact our Assessment Center. Please allow at least 1 hour for each session of the test.

Please read:  EMT polo shirt and text book are included in the tuition. Classes will alternate Monday and Wednesday one week and Tuesday and Thursday the next throughout the duration of the course. There may be two additional Saturdays for skills.
