Wills, Estates, and Probate Workshop - FREE

We have invited Attorney Donovan Steltzner to present a free workshop on Estate Planning.  As Atty. Stelzner says, "Everyone has an estate!  It's a misconception that only the rich have an estate.  If you're alive you have an estate.  Either you can plan what happens to it or the government will." 

The outline below is designed to give a basic overview of the issues involved in the estate planning process.  The workshop will include a general discussion of wills, elective share issues, estate and gift tax planning, powers of attorney and health care directives. The workshop is not intended to be an exhaustive explanation of the process but rather to provide an introduction so that attendees will be informed when they begin to plan their estate.
