SC has a new, required, continuing education course for the 2024-2026 renewal cycle.  The course is called, “Legal Hot Tips.”  This course satisfies the core topic requirement for licensees to renew their SC real estate license.

The four credit-hour Core continuing ed course for the 2024-26 renewal cycle covers topics that fall in the following categories:
