ClassGraphic Want to get started on a career in the exciting world of Real Estate?
This is the first step in becoming a licensed real estate salesperson in South Carolina. Through interactive learning led by an experienced real estate broker, you will gain the knowledge and experience needed for the SC Real Estate exam.  You will explore real estate sales, real property law, agency, federal and state laws and regulations, pricing of real property, and contracts, finance and mathematics.  This course meets 60 hours of the mandatory 90-hour education requirement set by the SC Real Estate Commission for pre-licensing education.

Important notes: 
1) This course will be taught synchronously, online over the Zoom platform.  Cameras must be ON and the student visible for the entire 60 hours, per SC Real Estate Commission guidelines. 
 
2) This class is taught by Fortune Academy in partnership with York Technical College.  

3) Students may qualify for tuition assistance through SC WINS.  To apply, click here.  It takes approximately 10 days to learn if you are approved so do not delay in submitting your application. 

4) Your tuition for this course includes the Fortune Academy ebook.  If you would prefer to have a hardcopy textbook that you can make notes in, highlight and put sticky notes, etc., you may purchase a copy for $60.00 from York Tech.  Please contact us at 803.325.2888 to check that we have copies before paying the nonclass fee linked here.  You may pick up your copy from our office at C101 between 8:30am and 5:00pm Mon-Fri.
