Completing this course of advanced real estate principles and practices fulfills 30 hours of the 90-hour education requirement to obtain your South Carolina real estate license.

This course is comprised of five 6-hour modules that include:
  • Agency and Property Disclosure
  • Real Estate Contracts
  • Ethics and Real Estate
  • Measurements and Valuation
  • Fair Housing
