Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification (LSSGB)

Lean Six Sigma is a combination of two disciplines: Lean, which focuses on reducing cycle times and costs by eliminating waste, and Six Sigma, which uses statistical tools to improve the quality and reduce variation of a product, service or process.  These concepts can be applied to all types of processes from transactional, service and manufacturing. The class material is designed to show students how to use Minitab to perform statistical calculations and simulations.
This is an 80-hour (live, virtual Webex course) non-credit class.  Successful students will receive a PTC LSSGB Certification certificate and awarded 8.0 Continuing Educational Units (CEUs).
